Active Yoga

Is a practice based on hatha (classic) yoga postures for physical and mental practice with inspiring music to keep practitioners physically and mentally active throughout the class. It is a great practice to improve you physical shape and relax your mind. Benefits of active yoga: toning your muscles, improves your physical strength and flexibility, gives a boost of positive energy, unites your body and mind.

Happiness yoga

Is a practice based on hatha (classical) yoga postures for physical and mental practice. This practice is full of positive music and emotions. Class consists of gentle warming up and concentration exercises, followed by main yoga postures and finished with deep relaxation. Benefits of Zening happiness yoga: toning your muscles, improves your physical strength and flexibility, increases the level of happiness, gives loads of positive energy, unites body and mind.

Morning glory yoga (Wellness)

A practice based on hatha (classical) yoga postures for physical and mental practice using more warming up exercises and gentle stretches to slowly wake up the body and remove morning stiffness, giving a great mood and high energy level for a whole day. Flow teaches a smooth transition between every posture. Benefits of Zening morning flow yoga: toning your muscles, improves your physical strength and flexibility, gently wakes up your body in the morning time, rises your energy level and gives a great mood for the whole day.

Pranayama & Sun salutation

Is a practice which includes combination of pranayama (breathing exercises) and sequence of classical yoga postures for „saying hello” to the sun in the morning (sun salutation). It combines physical and mental practice. Benefits for pranayama and sun salutation: breathing exercises gives your body more oxygen and more energy, helps to release toxins from your body, helps to release stress, balances your body and mind and helps to develop concentration on yourself. Sun Salutation tones your body and improves flexibility. Besides, sunny day – guaranteed!

Meditation

Is a practice to get past the “thinking” mind, and into a deeper state of relaxation or awareness. Meditation can help to calm your mind, understand yourself better and become aware of your true being. During the practice there are different methods of meditation being used, like music meditation, guided meditation, etc. Benefits of meditation: makes you and people around happier, releases stress, improves functioning of your brain, helps you to feel connection with others, improves your overall health condition.

Yin

Yin yoga is longer, and deeper stretches are the ideal balance for more yang forms of activity. During yin stretches, the muscles are able to relax and release fully into the postures, which allows the yin tissue to also be stretched and stimulated. Benefits: re-hydrates the yin tissues, helping to keep them healthy and “young”, mental stillness and calm, helping you to remain present in the moment, Yin yoga can enhance the range of motion of the joints.

Restorative Yoga

Is the most contemporary yoga, it is an active practice in which you move from pose to pose, building heat and increasing your strength and flexibility in equal measure. During these long holds, your muscles relax deeply. Restorative classes are very mellow, making them a good complement to more active practices and an excellent antidote to stress. Benefits of restorative yoga: your body feels open and refreshed, encourages mindfulness, soothing to the nervous system, helps you feel safe and nurtured.

Yoga Nidra Sleep Therapy

Or “yogic sleep” is a practice to reach the deepest possible state of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness for reaching deep relaxation. During the practice you reach the state of consciousness between being awake and asleep. It is a state in which the body is completely relaxed, and the practitioner becomes aware of his inner world. Benefits of yoga Nidra: reduces tension and anxiety, releases from stress, headache, giddiness and chest pain, helps to improve night sleep.

Soft & Sweet yoga

With soft deliberate movement, gentle stretching and concentrating on good posture yoga is transformational experience. It detoxifies your body from accumulated stress and rejuvenates the mind, body and spirit.

Dancing (5Rhythms)

Is a movement meditation practice. Fundamental to the practice is the idea that everything is an energy, and moves in waves, patterns and rhythms. Roth describes the practice as a soul journey, and says that by moving the body, releasing the heart, and freeing the mind, one can connect to the essence of the soul, the source of inspiration in which an individual has unlimited possibility and potential.

Magic Dynamic Meditation on the beach (Wellness)

Level 1

Classes are for beginners and for students who wants to learn more about proper alignment in the poses. Also great if you are low on energy, or if you have an injury and need to take it easy. At this level, we spend more time on fundamental breathing techniques and on how the poses are built. The pace is gentle enough, but the classes can be challenging, helping you build up strength.

Level 1/2

Classes are a good choice as you make the transition from level 1 to level 2. The pace is more challenging than level 1 classes, and they are more physically strenuous.

Level 2

Classes are for the experienced beginners who flow through the poses with ease in the level 1 and level 1/2 classes, or for anyone who feels ready for a greater challenge in the yoga practice. These classes are also for the intermediate students.
Expect a higher pace in the class, and therefore more poses in each class. In level 2, your body awareness grows and you will experience the alignment cues on a deeper level. More advanced poses are introduced.
